Thoughts

You get to run around freely near tall buildings and structures with little to no consequences of death! Oddly cheerful name for a mod that prevents you from shattering your ankles.

I would HIGHLY recommend waiting to unlock the 3rd variant at Rating 40, since it offers 100% fall damage protection. Buying earlier versions of the mods would be a waste since you level up quite quickly, and would leave you with less money to buy the higher tiered mod.

The only draw back would be the landing animation that makes you temporarily vulnerable to enemies. Of course, this depends on what sort of combat you consistently find yourself in, this may not matter that much.
